Saturday Morning (11:30am – 2pm)
“Build a Firm Foundation: Mixed Level Standing Poses and Arm Balances". Experience a dynamic class of standing poses and arm balances to help bridge the gap between the familiarity of standing postures and challenge of arm balancing postures.
Saturday Afternoon (3:30-6pm)
"Revolve around what matters most: Mixed Level Forward Bends and Twists". Delight in a thoughtful and precise foray into forward bends and twist to help open your hips, relax your mind and soften your heart.
Sunday Morning (10am-12:30pm)
“Worship at the Shrine of the Heart: Mixed Levels Backbends”. Enjoy this mixed level class of heart-opening postures a focus on backbends. You will learn effective ways to create stability and freedom in your shoulders and upper back and take your backbends to deeper levels of expression.
Sunday Afternoon (2-4pm)
“Practice Inspired Living: Intermediate/Advanced Level Group Practice”. Come ready to work and to play in this led group practice. Expect a full spectrum of asana practice with instruction, assistance, sweat and laughter.
Bio: Christina Sell has been practicing yoga since 1991. She is the author of Yoga

Christina is the 2012 Art of Asana columnist for Yoga International Magazine and a regular contributor to Origin Magazine. She is a faculty member on Yogaglo, which provides online global access to yogic wisdom. Known for her passion, clarity and creativity, Christina's classes are challenging, inspiring and dedicated to helping people of all ages experience the joys of yoga practice and conscious living. Christina is the cofounder and do-director of the School of Yoga and offers workshops, trainings and seminars locally, nationally and internationally. She is committed to bringing traditional practices and teachings to modern life.
