Introduction to Yoga Therapy-Living healthy, happy and evolutionary life!
Together we will dialog and practice how yoga can help us to reduce stress and strengthen our immune system; thereby creating peace with body (Health), peace with emotion (happiness), Peace with mind (creativity), peace with Spirit (Union), and Peace with society (Harmony).
The workshop will include:
-Gentle Asana Practice to reduce stress, strengthen body, and improve circulation
-The Multidimensional human being and how to integrate them
-Dialog on the value of right eating and breathing for fitness
-Correcting wrong notions.

Laura McKinnon, E-RYT. Laura firmly believes that yoga is for everyone; regardless of age or physical ability and that it is through yoga that we can all find health, wellness, and peace. In her teaching she encourages students to openly explore themselves; bringing awareness to each moment and finding the connection within. She is also the co-director of the Integral Awakening Yoga 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program.
Mahendra Briksha, born in small village of Himalaya, is a yogi, certified rebirthing breathwork practitioner, Integral coach and raw vegan chef. In his teaching, Briksha draws from a variety of yogic breathing modalities, including Holotropic Breathwork, Clarity Breathwork , Transformational Breathwork and Anapanasati. He is a longtime Vipassana meditation practitioner and has done several long silent retreats up to 30 days. He has been teaching and leading breathing session and meditation classes for 10 years.
