Postpartum Yoga Workshop

Leave baby with Dad or Grandma and get much needed movement and relaxation in this gentle yoga workshop.
We will cover the first essential exercises a woman should do postpartum to tone and strengthen before entering into a normal exercise routine. The yoga asanas will focus on balancing the body with both strength and flexibility while facilitating healing. Whether you have practiced yoga for years or are new to yoga, this workshop will be invigorating yet gentle and restorative.
