Our major goal in life is self-realization that leads to Love, wisdom, happiness and creative growth. Therefore yoga is the ultimate destiny of life and also provides a path leading to that destiny. Yoga is systematic way to come out from the cycle of loss and gain, pain and pleasure, right and wrong, from trap of ignorance and mis-identification. So yoga whether it is dualistic or non-dualistic, whether it is traditional or modern, it is an attempt to reduce and eliminate suffering from life so that one can have capacity to lead creative and harmonious living.
Integral Awakening Yoga is based
on- awakening into the self in the midst of hustle and bustle of life
and transforming life in the light of this Self-realization.
