Medical Yoga From Sweden
We will work with balancing and opening up our Heart chakra in a gentle and compassionate way, recreating a free-floating inner energy.
There is nothing as strong as an open, balanced Heart chakra. Love, friendship & relationships are invaluable ways to increase awareness and self-knowledge. It is as much about you learning to love and forgive yourself as it is about your fellowman.
We will do the beautiful Heart meditation of Karunesh
This dynamic meditation is made for resolving tensions, free the Heart’s energies and bring the practitioner inner peace and balance & to help clear out the mental and emotional ballast which will take you to the things you really want and need in your life.
And finally a Gong meditation to end this beautiful time together.
“When you play the Gong, you are playing the whole universe.”
MediYoga as it’s been shaped and developed at IMY, The Institute for Medical Yoga in Stockholm ,Sweden, is a therapeutic form of Yoga based on the classic Kundalini Yoga. Excercises combined with basic aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, performed slowly and in a controlled manner and are designed to develop physical flexability, create mental relaxation and provide enlightenment.

Gong meditations are considered one of the most deeply healing and restorative meditations possible, particularly because of the deep state of relaxation that is attained in response to the sound vibrations. Many participants feel as though a huge weight has been lifted off them by the completion of the meditation, this is attributed to the deep, effortless clearing of the subconscious that occurs as the sound vibrations are felt and penetrate the body and mind.
The 2.5 hour session will be limited to 20 participants.
We will use our imported Kundalini wool mats from SatNam, Germany,
to enhance the experience as it is presented in Sweden by Helen Miller Lynch,
CYT, RYT500, IAYT member and MediYoga Educational Director in the USA.
