Balancing the chakra system and performing Long Ek Ong Kar During this sequence, we work with balancing and opening up all your chakras in a gentle and compassionate way, recreating a free-floating inner energy. and at the same time get a fantastic back and neck workout.
It is said that chanting Long Ek Ong Kar known as Morning Call, Long Chant, and the Adi Shakti Mantra, opens all the chakras, charges the solar centers, connects the soul to the Universal Soul & liberates us from the cycle of karma. The 2 hour morning workshop concludes with a invigorating Gong Bath to initiate the healing
MediYoga as it’s been shaped and developed at IMY, The Institute for Medical Yoga in Stockholm ,Sweden, is a therapeutic form of Yoga based on the classic Kundalini Yoga. Excercises combined with basic aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, performed slowly and in a controlled manner and are designed to develop physical flexability, create mental relaxation and provide enlightenment.

Gong meditations are considered one of the most deeply healing and restorative meditations possible, particularly because of the deep state of relaxation that is attained in response to the sound vibrations. Many participants feel as though a huge weight has been lifted off them by the completion of the meditation, this is attributed to the deep, effortless clearing of the subconscious that occurs as the sound vibrations are felt and penetrate the body and mind.
The 2 hour session will be limited to 20 participants.
We will use our imported Kundalini wool mats from SatNam, Germany,
to enhance the experience as it is presented in Sweden by Helen Miller Lynch,
CYT, RYT500, IAYT member and MediYoga Educational Director in the USA.
