Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been away from the practice and want to brush up on the basics - this series is just for you!
The practice of yoga can be quite diverse, but the beauty of the practice is that it can be tailored just to you! Through yoga we connect back to ourselves, become aware of how we move our body, and begin to create a better sense of well being.
Together we will explore:
• Building a strong foundation and understanding for practicing yoga asana (postures) through alignment awareness
- Understanding breath for ease in movement
• How the practice can release stress and tension
The wisdom of the practice and how it relates to our daily life
Simply bring yourself and comfortable clothing, we take care of the rest!
