Have you ever wanted to go on a cleanse but feel you will have to drop all your activities including work? Or maybe you feel scared that it will be too hard and you will be starving, and you might give up right in the middle. These are some of the reasons people shy away from taking the time to rid their bodies of excess ama. Ama in Sanskrit means toxicity. According to Ayurveda, ama can also permeate the mind and the body. In this day and age where pollutants are abound and stress is prevalent, we need to rejuvenate and reset our bodies and minds and start from scratch. How about setting a new baseline for starting new and enjoying a strong digestion once again?
This will be based on the principles of Panchakarma, an ancient healing cleansing ritual from India. It is affordable, yet a very powerful way to re-balance your body and most importantly, calm your mind. And the great news is you can do your regular activities on it too!
THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLEANSE IS TO CLEAN OUR BODIES OF AMA, (TOXINS) AND DE-CONGEST THE LIVER. WE WILL BE RE-SETTING OUR DIGESTION. ACCORDING TO AYURVEDA, WHEN OUR DIGESTION IS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER, EVERYTHING ELSE FALLS INTO HEALTH AND GRACE.
THIS IS NOT A FASTING CLEANSE
The beauty about this cleanse is there are three parts to it. And all three parts you are eating three to four meals a day.. The first part, Oct 18-20, you eliminate the obvious foods and drinks from your diet; coffee, alcohol, sugar, pastas, breads, meat and dairy, etc. (although you can start doing this a week before cleanse)
Copious veggies, and grains like quinoa and millet will be encouraged, and you will only be eating seeds and avocados as your fat source. (delicious recipes will be provided)
Note: You can replace one meal with fresh veggie juice made from your juicer if you are interested in this. But we will be gently scraping the intestinal wall with beets and apples. To do this, you need the fiber not produced in juicing.

Below is a few testimonials from past fellow cleansers!
"I've always suffered from a very sensitive stomach. It has seemed as
if most everything made me sick one way or the other. I went in to the
cleanse expecting to get a fresh start, a re-boot of some sort for my
digestive system. I was somewhat skeptic, I must admit, but had an
open mind. I am so glad I did this cleanse. It was transformational.
I discovered so much about myself. My endurance and determination was
tested, and resulted in triumph. I lost 13 lbs, but that was just a
bonus. I was not expecting to lose any weight. I wanted to feel
better, that was all. Not only did I not have stomach issues the entire
week, my heartburn stopped, and my skin was glowing. I completely
recommend it for those that are ready for a change, an alternative, and
are seeking health." Claudia
"I absolutely loved
this cleanse. An ayurvedic lifestyle has always interested me and I go
back and forth of following the principles. I think this cleanse really
made me become aware of how wonderful the effects of following this
lifestyle are. I am more aware of my body, digestive system, eating
habits, thoughts, and especially my emotions. I’ve been dealing with
this sudden emotional irritation of something so simple doesn’t go my
way….like a plant falling on the floor, burning food, or other
uncontrollable situations. This cleanse made that emotion fade away and
created space for calmness. I feel an overall sense of calmness and no
longer react to these situations with irritation. Instead, I just kinda
look at them and think to myself ‘oh well’. The balance of emotions was
the real take-away for me from this experience. " Syd
