Along with how to eat healthy & tasty food (making vegan cheese, veggies burgers, etc) and remain free from not-food (junk food); Briksha will share how nurture the body, mind and soul with conscious eating.
This class will help you to begin and maintain a Healthy eating lifestyle. Along with the food prep class you will get some practical tips to stay on the path by bringing more healthy and tasty cuisine into your Kitchen.
Cost: Early registration $55/ $50 students & military/ $65 after April 9th

This will be a live demonstration on preparing wellness cuisine, tasting food samples and includes a handout with practical guidelines and various recipes.

Mahendra Briksha is a wellness cuisine chef,and instructor, a Yogi, Integral Coach, and Breath-work practitioner. He combines Integral Insights, Hindu Yogic practices, and
Buddhist wisdom in his teaching.
Briksha`s main focus is on Yoga of Conscious Breathing and Eating (Spiritual Nutrition). He has learned spiritual nutrition and healthy eating lifestyle under the guidance of Dr. Gabriel Cousens and Dr. David Jubb. He has been working as a wellness cuisine chef for 10 years and teaching raw-vegan food preparation classes for the last 5 years. He worked as a head chef in Tree of Life (www.treeoflife.nu) for a year and Café Gratitude for 4 years. He is now co-director of the Integral Awakening Yoga: 200hr Teacher Training & Advanced Studies Program at Seaside Yoga Sanctuary.
