Yoga for Emotional Clearing with Veronica Reis

is honored to partner with Veterans Yoga Project as part of a national
weeklong fundraising and awareness-raising event. Yoga teachers and
studios across the country will be hosting donation-based classes during the week of Veterans Day, Nov 9-15 to raise money for programs that support veterans, their families, and their communities.
Join us for this special class with Veronica, who is a US Army Veteran,
Yoga Instructor, and Behavioral Psychologist. This all levels class
combines yoga postures (asana) with an emphasis on breathing and guided
meditations designed to help you clear emotions that feel
stuck or “sticky”. The physical movements are gentle and designed to be
performed mindfully making them accessible to people with all levels of
The Veterans Yoga Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity dedication to supporting the mindful
use of yoga therapy to aid recovery and resilience among veterans, their families and their communities.

Daniel Libby, PhD, Executive Director of the Veterans Yoga Project.
The studios will collect donations of any amount all week long- suggested $20 donation for the class
